Pros
Being able to see the parents you work with progress and reach the goals set for themselves. It’s rewarding watching parents and the children grow throughout the time you’re working with them.
Cons
Constant changing in management and what’s expected. Upper management is never on the same page, and cannot get the policies or procedures together. Policies are ever changing, never get used to something.
