Overworked and Underpaid - Office Manager Total Distribution Employee Review

Very supportive team. As long as you work hard you get noticed. Busy most days, makes the time go by fast. Room for growth. Management is good in my area.

Starting vacation is 2 weeks PTO after first full year. Then 3 weeks after your 5th year. Finally 4 weeks after 15 years. I’d like to see 3/4/5, that would be more fair. Also every warehouse has different customers. So there is no set procedures across the board.

There are no pros other than maybe earning a small paycheck.

Management plays on favorites. You are either in the group or on your way out.
