      Pros

      The management team has improved and employees are no longer treated like 2nd class employees. Management has brought a new culture and the "TEAM" approach has had a very positive effect on everyone.

      Cons

      Not enough sick or vacation time offered.

      Pros

      Very supportive team. As long as you work hard you get noticed. Busy most days, makes the time go by fast. Room for growth. Management is good in my area.

      Cons

      Starting vacation is 2 weeks PTO after first full year. Then 3 weeks after your 5th year. Finally 4 weeks after 15 years. I’d like to see 3/4/5, that would be more fair. Also every warehouse has different customers. So there is no set procedures across the board.

      There are no pros other than maybe earning a small paycheck.

      Management plays on favorites. You are either in the group or on your way out.
