Pros

This place is a full return investment for all who want to put in the hard work. From the moment you start on day 1, you start being provided with resources to help you learn and grow. One is not only provided with training resources found in the people around them and the material they are provided but they are also *encouraged to want to learn and grow with prizes for reaching these goals, This company involves games and friendly competitions more than any other i've known to intertwine fun challenges with and inevitable success for those who give it all they've got in effort. For all those who do reach their goals, they are all acknowledged and celebrated in front of the entire office for reaching all these milestones and they work to celebrate even the smallest of wins, because they all lead to getting that investment return that is a strong solidified career

Cons

This is a sales job, so as with any sales job, it can feel discouraging when every single door is not opening for you, The hard work you have to apply yourself with can also be considered as the downside *if doing the work is not something you're willing to do or consider it as an investment that it is then this may feel like a negative experience for you, but you truly get out what you put in and that is the beauty of it.

Pros

TQL gives me the opportunity to feel like an entrepreneur while still having the support and resources of a large company. I run my own book of business, build customer relationships, and have direct control over my success. The company's core values and principles align closely with my own, so it often feels no different than running my own business. The leadership team is another major strength. From management to executive leadership, there is a genuine desire to see employees succeed. As long as you're willing to put in the effort, stay coachable, and maintain a positive attitude, you'll find plenty of support, training, and guidance to help you grow both personally and professionally.

Cons

At the end of the day, TQL is a sales organization, and success requires a strong work ethic, resilience, and a willingness to go above and beyond for customers. The expectations are high, and the role can be demanding at times. However, if you're looking for a career in sales, that's the nature of the industry. For the right person, the challenge is more of an opportunity than a drawback. Those who are competitive, coachable, and willing to put in the effort can build a very rewarding career here.

Pros

Money, Reward, Work-ethic, Culture, Friends This job is like farming. Every day you come in early, sow the seeds, water the grounds, and care for the farm until the sun sets. Then you wake up and do it again. You don't entirely control whether the crops grow - you're dependent on the sun and environment. However, you do control whether the crops die - if you refuse to water and to wake up early to nurture it. If you can sharpen your work ethic to optimize your work inputs (calls, conversations, leads, education, preparation), then you can make a reasonable bet that you will reap abundance just like the farmer makes the same bet. This was my chance to replace 3 jobs and finally have the opportunity to be paid according to my work ethic. And it is just that - it's not a job, not job security, it's not perfect, but it's an opportunity to change your life and make a lot of money and to be paid according to your work ethic. I've never seen more money than I have while working here. There are certainly some struggles, difficulties, and challenges, but it's nothing different than you'd find in other intense, high-reward, high-risk sales jobs.

Cons

Stress, Goals, Work Life Balance
