Pros

Community service Benifits Young Environment Lots of training- learn a lot about the industry Fun atmosphere Team work Awsome group of people High energy

Cons

Lots of cold calling...with that comes a lot of rejection. Finding "good prospects" with consistent freight...just because you have customers doesn't mean you're out of the hole Working long hours No commission until you reach a certain goal or after a certain amount of weeks (things they don't tell you in the interview) You will fired if you do not reach your goal

Pros

TQL gives me the opportunity to feel like an entrepreneur while still having the support and resources of a large company. I run my own book of business, build customer relationships, and have direct control over my success. The company's core values and principles align closely with my own, so it often feels no different than running my own business. The leadership team is another major strength. From management to executive leadership, there is a genuine desire to see employees succeed. As long as you're willing to put in the effort, stay coachable, and maintain a positive attitude, you'll find plenty of support, training, and guidance to help you grow both personally and professionally.

Cons

At the end of the day, TQL is a sales organization, and success requires a strong work ethic, resilience, and a willingness to go above and beyond for customers. The expectations are high, and the role can be demanding at times. However, if you're looking for a career in sales, that's the nature of the industry. For the right person, the challenge is more of an opportunity than a drawback. Those who are competitive, coachable, and willing to put in the effort can build a very rewarding career here.
