Pros
Opportunity to make good money if you work VERY hard and stick with it for 2 or more years. Young and fun co-workers
Cons
Expected to work 60+ hours a week, very little work-life balance. Work all Saturdays to start. Very low pay to start off, once you get on commission, you have to pay off your previously earned salary(draw). Very little upward mobility(not what the company will tell you). Changing industry will make it hard to keep up with business.
