Pros
Where to begin? TQL Cleveland is one of the best work enviornments I have ever been apart of. Yes, there is ping pong, golden tee, corn hole, etc... but thats not what makes TQL Team CLE such a great company to be apart of. It's the fantastic culture built by thier wonderful people. From management to employees to the training staff and everyone in between. While the main goal of everyone here is to make money for yourself, you really feel like part of a team. We are a family. Its a group of excellent professionals, battling in the trenches day in and day out willing to lend a hand at the drop of hat. The leadership is impeccable, willing to drop whatever it is their doing to help you out at ANY time of the day. The management really makes you feel at home and part of the team from the second you walk through the threshold. The training program is second to none. With ample time and the right tools given to each employee really leaves you no excuse not to be successful in the fast paced world of logistics. While expectations are high (as they should be to not only TQL but yourself) you really do have an endless amount of support company wide for every aspect of this job.
Cons
If I have to type something (which i have to due to the 25 word minimum) I would say the hours. This is a 24/7/365 company, which is just one of the many reasons for their continued growth and success. You spend a lot of time at the office and problems do occure outside of "normal" business hours. It comes with the territory and if you're not spending a lot of time building your book of business or resolving issues, you're going it wrong! Employees get out of this job exactly what they put into it and quite frankly what they deserve. Everyone is here to make money to enjoy the luxuries that life has to offer and if you put in the time, the sky is the limit!!!
