Business Outlook
Pros
Fun team outtings. They often had patio parties after work and encouraged team outtings. The health benefits were great. I barely had to pay for any doctor visits.
Cons
Extremely long hours, leaving before 7pm, after arriving at 745am was frowned upon. Dont even think about taking a vacation. I requested 3 days off to go to Florida with my family in October. Needless to say I was let go the week after! Their training is a joke. I was a sales coach for a previous company and their training at TQL drove me insane. No insight, the coaches failed at their jobs before and transitioned over to training.
