Pros
The company has a great, open environment with lots of fun and high energy people. They invest highly in their logistics training process to prepare you to handle your brokers (mentors) account.
Cons
This is basically a job that is a good fit for some and not for others. If you are prepared to work 60+ hours a week, never leave your desk (even for lunch) and hear every successful broker around you say how bad it is to work there then it is for you. Now you can make good money here but it is very cutthroat with many brokers who will do anything to screw you over. You will constantly find veteran people wishing they did not work there and talking about how stressed they are every single day of the week because they are NEVER allowed to be unreachable. Vacations are frowned upon and time off is as well.
