Pros

-Office culture (energetic/loud/always throwing a football around/TVs with sports center/ping pong/downtown location) -Uncapped commission. If you're willing to invest your time and energy you can make six figures at this company a lot faster than you can at most other companies. It won't come easily but it is obtainable. -Opportunity to be promoted and transfer to other offices around the company.

Cons

There is no formula for over night success..it takes time and patience. If you are looking for instant gratification this is probably not the right opportunity for you. If you have the patience and persistence to see the future a year down the road and work hard everyday for it, you will be happy you stuck it out and will be making $$$. Dealing with ups and downs is part of this gig so it's best to know that going in.

Pros

TQL gives me the opportunity to feel like an entrepreneur while still having the support and resources of a large company. I run my own book of business, build customer relationships, and have direct control over my success. The company's core values and principles align closely with my own, so it often feels no different than running my own business. The leadership team is another major strength. From management to executive leadership, there is a genuine desire to see employees succeed. As long as you're willing to put in the effort, stay coachable, and maintain a positive attitude, you'll find plenty of support, training, and guidance to help you grow both personally and professionally.

Cons

At the end of the day, TQL is a sales organization, and success requires a strong work ethic, resilience, and a willingness to go above and beyond for customers. The expectations are high, and the role can be demanding at times. However, if you're looking for a career in sales, that's the nature of the industry. For the right person, the challenge is more of an opportunity than a drawback. Those who are competitive, coachable, and willing to put in the effort can build a very rewarding career here.
