Pros
This company is incredibly organized and allow their clinical staff to focus on the clinical aspects of their job. I have had a wonderful experience working with each department and especially appreciate my supervisor. Coming from a different company where the BCBAs had to wear multiple hats, it has been wonderful to transition to Total Spectrum. When you have BCBAs who main focus in the clinical part of their job you render excellent and ethical treatment to the client base. In my short time here so far, Total Spectrum has also implemented technology and strategies to support the BCBAs and make their lives easier.
Cons
I honestly have none at this time. Coming from a different company where BCBAs had huge caseloads, wore billing, clinical and administrative hats, Total Spectrum has been a sigh of relief.
