      Flexible hours, school discount programs, great communication between BCBAs & scheduling, helping the kiddos learn new skills/replacement behaviors

      Cons

      Driving in between clients, Pay is low compared to other places, have to work on Easter, not all mileage is reimbursed, burnout

      Pros

      competitive pay compared to other similar positions in the area

      Cons

      unethical management, huge caseloads, micromanagement or lack of management, improper training from BT- BCBA level, awful health insurance, not closed for sessions on holiday weeks (christmas eve)
