      Nice coworkers and BCBA’s, clients were sweet and fun

      Cons

      Overworked Training does not prepare you at all Little to no supervision for new BT/RBTs No support No breaks unless you are in-clinic, other than that, lots of driving.

      competitive pay compared to other similar positions in the area

      Cons

      unethical management, huge caseloads, micromanagement or lack of management, improper training from BT- BCBA level, awful health insurance, not closed for sessions on holiday weeks (christmas eve)
