      They provide quality services because the supervisors actually come out to see you! The BCBAs and CD really care about their clients and it shows.

      Cons

      BT training could improve with less remote learning and more hands on but still better training than most jobs.

      Pros

      competitive pay compared to other similar positions in the area

      Cons

      unethical management, huge caseloads, micromanagement or lack of management, improper training from BT- BCBA level, awful health insurance, not closed for sessions on holiday weeks (christmas eve)
