      Great staff, accrued PTO quickly, Supervisors always there to offer support and listen

      Cons

      Big corp, head management doesn’t always listen to your concerns. difficult to get full 40 hours due to hours being client based. typically management have given new hires more hours over senior technicians. I was with the company for 3 years and my ending hours were 25.

      competitive pay compared to other similar positions in the area

      Cons

      unethical management, huge caseloads, micromanagement or lack of management, improper training from BT- BCBA level, awful health insurance, not closed for sessions on holiday weeks (christmas eve)
