Pros

The residents are great which made the work tolerable. This was the one reason I got up each day. But with the cons below this can only last so long.

Cons

Each director can run their campus as they desire with no corporate standardization. This results in unprofessionalism, bullying, and nepotism. New employees or applicants beware

Pros

They were willing to be flexible with my scheduling especially since I was in nursing school at the time. I worked in memory care and my direct manager was understanding, and easy to work with! There were some amazing people who worked here at the time I was here. The families were very kind and I loved getting to know my residents.

Cons

There was a lot of unnecessary drama between coworkers. Some managers were hard to get along with. The job can be difficult and we were often understaffed.
