Touchmark treats its employees with respect! The level of support and mentoring to new employees shows how much this company DOES care. Management invests in individuals, empowers employees, and often promotes from within. They offer great benefits, higher than average cost of living increases, and competitive wages. The general environment at Touchmark is professional and welcoming. Not to mention the residents are amazing.

Cons

I do not have any concerns at this time! Touchmark has been a great company to work for. Very pleased with management and the team I work with.

They were willing to be flexible with my scheduling especially since I was in nursing school at the time. I worked in memory care and my direct manager was understanding, and easy to work with! There were some amazing people who worked here at the time I was here. The families were very kind and I loved getting to know my residents.

Cons

There was a lot of unnecessary drama between coworkers. Some managers were hard to get along with. The job can be difficult and we were often understaffed.
