Pros

Employees are committed to the well-being of the seniors. Very pet-friendly facility. Very well kept facility.

Cons

Management is like a clique of schoolyard bullies. Management talks a lot about open door policies and proper behavior between employees. The reality, however, is that the director is a lech who constantly engages in inappropriate behavior with his female employees and if you actually try to use the open door policy, you'll more than likely get into a lot of trouble. If you experience treatment so egregious that it may be illegal, don't expect management to listen if the offender is a member of management. They don't even investigate.

Pros

They were willing to be flexible with my scheduling especially since I was in nursing school at the time. I worked in memory care and my direct manager was understanding, and easy to work with! There were some amazing people who worked here at the time I was here. The families were very kind and I loved getting to know my residents.

Cons

There was a lot of unnecessary drama between coworkers. Some managers were hard to get along with. The job can be difficult and we were often understaffed.
