Pros

Company will treat you good in the beginning but take advantage if you’re a hard worker. Pay is decent ish for the area. Facility is new looking.

Cons

Company is very nice in the beginning but constantly tries to mandate and guilt trip people into working extra shifts. They offer tiny incentive pays for extra shifts. Management is extremely disorganized and plays favorites. The second you hit your 90 day mark they pester you into taking a medication class and pass meds for only .25 cents more. Company looks pretty on the outside but treats employees like crap. Does not value your time outside of work. Has to use agency a lot during the fall to fill shifts. The highest raise they give out (once a year) is 3%.

Pros

They were willing to be flexible with my scheduling especially since I was in nursing school at the time. I worked in memory care and my direct manager was understanding, and easy to work with! There were some amazing people who worked here at the time I was here. The families were very kind and I loved getting to know my residents.

Cons

There was a lot of unnecessary drama between coworkers. Some managers were hard to get along with. The job can be difficult and we were often understaffed.
