Pros

it was a fun job to do but more cons than pros.

Cons

I was only 14-15 at the time but they broke multiple staple laws of working there as a young teen, one they tried to make me stay past 7. anyone who has worked as a young teen knows you can work past 7 well they tried to make me. two they tried to make me work 19 hours with is already illegal but to top it off I only asked for 9! Also, I told them before had that I needed time off for driver's ed but they told me to wait but then when it got closer I couldn't get it off.

Pros

They were willing to be flexible with my scheduling especially since I was in nursing school at the time. I worked in memory care and my direct manager was understanding, and easy to work with! There were some amazing people who worked here at the time I was here. The families were very kind and I loved getting to know my residents.

Cons

There was a lot of unnecessary drama between coworkers. Some managers were hard to get along with. The job can be difficult and we were often understaffed.
