Underpaid, no hazard pay, have to work under sketchy, unsafe conditions. No proper training program. You learn by making mistakes, getting yelled at, and so on.

We take the safety of our employees very seriously. All climbers must complete a certified safety training program and all employees are trained in CPR and First Aid. Our dedicated Safety Manager monitors conditions both in the office and the field to ensure employees are protected.
