Pros

Lots of Travel and alot of places to visit Racking up of airline miles in personal credit card Good people to work around Pushing mental barriers Laid back environment

Cons

This industry is not for everyone. Please make sure you know what you are getting into before applying. Climbing towers is not a joke and also this company has no work life balance or sense of prior planning. You get paid the minimum as an engineer and expected to work around 60 hours ( including travel time) a week. It can be great if you like being on roads and getting dirty but it is not a typical engineering job .

Tower Engineering Professionals is not a typical engineering job, but we think that is what makes the company special. Our company is best for people who don't want to sit behind a desk all day, and who have a bit of an adventurous side. It is a great place to learn and grow.

Pros

Strong exposure to supporting busy managers and coordinating day-to-day operations Developed solid organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment Gained experience handling scheduling, communication, and administrative priorities Learned how to stay flexible and adjust quickly when priorities shifted Built confidence in anticipating needs and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes

Cons

Limited exposure to higher-level executive support structures and strategic calendar management At times, priorities shifted quickly, which required frequent reprioritization of tasks Fewer opportunities for long-term planning or ownership of larger-scale projects Role was more operationally focused, so less involvement in executive-level decision-making workflows
