Pros
great salary, good benefits, feels like a small company. training program that teaches entry level employees to manage their own office and staff. Continued training for high performing managers to prepare for upper management. Tower prides itself on promoting from within the company.
Cons
Hard work, Well if you consider being on the phone and talking to customers all day hard work. We do all of our own collection work (which i do not think is a con but some people do not enjoy collection work). Tower believes in pursuing stretch goals but they are also very rewarding for good performers.
