I love working at Tower Loan; it is my second family! Tower prides itself on promoting from within the company. For example, our Director of Marketing started out as an intern at the company in branch operations, moved into the Manager Trainee role and then a Branch Manager before being promoted to our corporate office as the Director of Marketing.
Cons
There are not too many downsides of working here! You must be willing to put in the time and hours to get the job done and be committed to excellence! If you don't mind working hard, this is a great place where you can move up the ladder really quickly!
