We have recently made a bulk purchase where we bought out another finance company and I believe Tower Loan higher ups did not do their part in helping the individual offices with the merger. It could and should have gone a lot smoother than it did. Along with the training for the employees that came over from the other company, they should have had to undergo the same training as Tower Loan employees but they did not.
