Worst Place I’ve Ever Worked - Customer Service Representative Tower Loan Employee Review

Management doesn’t care about you or their customers. Everything was sale oriented for the higher ups to get bonuses. The customers were treated like dirt and their situations and concerns were never listened to. A previous manager I had encouraged me not to explain APRs or terms, and to sell the optional products without explanation. I felt we were told to encouraged to just make sales at any cost. Collecting included calling places of employment and references that we could pull without the customer’s consent. Overall, everything felt dishonest and shady.
