First of all I would like to thank you for your 10 years of service to Tower Loan. Please know that we do our best to make sure accountability, whether positive or negative, is given responsibly and accurately. Also, I want to assure you that Tower Loan takes our policies and the law very seriously. It is crucial that we all work together to ensure that our company is following federal and local state laws. Being a ten (10) year employee, I don’t need to remind you of how demanding this business can be but we want our employees to be in a safe environment and that our lending services and business practices are being done lawfully. Moreover, our bonus system is merit based and designed for the benefit of all employees, but if you see something that is being abused, we definitely would want to hear about it.
