Pros
Tower loan has given me the opportunity to learn the financial industry in multiple ways. Great starting pay. Great monthly incentive pay. Substantial annual bonus. Above average benefits. Awesome teamwork! There are a few late nights but if you are passionate about what you do and possess a strong work ethic this is no problem.
Cons
Work is work. If you do your job there are not many cons.
