-generally nice office environment -office culture really depended on the location, some were much better than others -offer benefits
Cons
-goals are very difficult to achieve, so it is very difficult to make more than base salary -visiting delinquent customers at their homes is never a pleasant experience -there is a lot more work than life in this work/life balance
