Pros
Pros would be good benefits, hours, and compensation as long as you are in training.
Cons
During the management training process you are constantly belittled and mocked for your performance, even if it is much better than average. Upon promotion you are relocated (I was relocated 12.5hrs from my training office). Although at hire they tell you that you will be relocated, they also say "i've never had anyone moved out of state." If you are relocated to a low performing office, your pay is not worth the 70-80 hr weeks you have to put in. You are constantly cursed, threatened, and harassed by the poor people this company feeds on. You are told to stay overtime or that you will be replaced by one of the other 100 trainees waiting to take your place. They do not care if you have a family at home.
