      Pros

      Money and work is decent, nothing too bad to complain about. Supervisors ask a lot of managers but no more than other companies do.

      Cons

      The unwarranted negative stigma of working for a finance company. Lunch breaks are unpaid for hourly associates, not a big deal but would be nice.
