Overworked. Underpaid. Underappreciated. The only person that should work here are those with zero interest in being married and even then only work there to build up skills for other jobs to move on. It was the most toxic job I've ever had especially considering how management acted. Even when you were hitting your numbers in delinquency and volume they still found ways to complain and micromanage to feed their egos. Certain managers felt you shouldn't be allowed to do what you want on your off time and threatened you if you didn't stay in town on your off time.
