Great management experience. Good monthly commission payout if goals are hit. Opportunity to advance if performing well. Good underwriting, mortgage experience.
Cons
High turnover due to relocation of trainees and long hours. If you are in a bad office there may be nothing you can do to save it and if they don't like you, goodnight. It's all about the office you inherit. bigger the cities, longer the hours which equals higher delinquency.
