Tower Loan is a great opportunity for a career and to build wealth for yourself. i am very happy with my salary and benefits ( 401k, profit sharing plan, monthly incentive pay, annual bonus, paid vacations and health insurance)! This company prides itself on hiring and promoting within. This is the place to be in your looking for a career you can grow with and build wealth for yourself
Cons
I cant imagine someone that wants a professional career and to build wealth would think working 50 hours per week is a con. 49 hours per week is Normal but then again, so are my big pay checks. No Cons there! I would the only con would be hiring entry level employees to train, but this is how the company has grown and become so successful. I am glad they took a chance on me and trained me to be successful as well.
