Pros
The pay and the ability to make more money. Socializing away from work on company. Meeting new people that turns into friends.
Cons
Unstable. Unrealistic goals. Upper management has favorites and no matter how much you try it was never enough. Location of office. They can relocate you and you spend all this money to move and once you get terminated you are lost on what to do for income.
