Pros
You get a lot of experience in customer service. If you have a good manager you will enjoy your days here, the work is boring at times but can be a fun atmosphere. I lucked out and had a good manager, but I heard some stories about people who weren't so lucky and they didn't get anywhere near as good as training as I had.
Cons
Really repetitive days. You call accounts to set up payments for most of your day, and you find yourself calling the same people every day. Rarely when you speak to someone are they nice, usually very annoyed at you for calling. Job is as enjoyable as your manager makes it. Training is also on a pace that has no rhyme or reason. I wanted to learn more about he job but had to wait for coworkers who were slower in learning to catch up before they would teach me more.
