Pros
This is a company that fast tracks you to management. They train you for about a year and set you up to manage your own office. I have a college degree and couldn't get in management in my field without working from the bottom up, this company is exactly what I needed to gain management experience and ended up loving my job. I've had the opportunity travel to different offices and learn from different managers. I think the benefits are also nice, anytime you travel you get a per-diem, large referral bonuses, and various incentives.
Cons
Most of the offices are fairly small so you work with 2 or 3 people. Any time you are sick or need to get off a day it puts a burden on your coworkers as they have to now do their work and yours. Another con is we are open and work when everyone else is open, it's hard to go to Dr. appointments, interviews, and things like that.
