Pros
-No previous sales experience needed! I worked in a warehouse before this job and did not have a degree in sales. They teach you everything you need to know. -very flexible with your schedule -medical, dental, life, insurance are included in your paycheck and the company has very good premiums to offer -Staff is easy to work with. -great, competitive wages with incentive bonuses.
Cons
-It is a loan company but you would be surprised how many people don't know how long works. Some sporadic customers that are difficult to work with - exorbitant amount of sensitive information to keep track of and to keep sensitive. -keeping track of all the numbers including the loans we made can be somewhat difficult.
