Constant stress that is not worth the mediocre salary. Overall penny wise pound foolish corporate policy that shows in every aspect of company’s day to day life. Starting with foundries’ poor and outdated equipment and tools, all the way thru poorly equipped facilities. High employee turnover due to lack of personal perspective, both in wages and on the professional level. Top Management is quite backwards in their managing style. In overall, the company is “stuck” in the 1990’s in most of the aspects.
