A very mixed experience - Process Operator Tower Semiconductor Employee Review

Management was awful. I was never fully trained despite working there for almost a year and after raising this concern, my supervisor told me that they'd talk to my trainer, which didn't happen. I was, however, then told I had to train 2 more people. As a trainee. Pay was also pretty bad. Upper management also seemed not to care about us too much and I often felt condescended to or sometimes downright insulted by some of the things we were told. No real opportunities to move up. Only laterally.
