Extremely toxic/verbally abusive management. Seeing/hearing verbal abuse of co-workers, seeing co-workers crying was a daily occurrence. If you get hurt on the job, they will do everything in their power to get out of paying for workers comp. Bad/non-existent emergency management for chemical/exhaust leaks, fires, etc. Complaints of working in exhaust were largely ignored. Night shift maintenance techs overworked, underpaid, massively stressed out and treated poorly by day shift maintenance and management. Walking, lifting, bending, twisting, for 11 hours.
