Pros
You get to collect random things that you see in the store, generally your co-workers are cool.
Cons
Management basically treats you like crap if you aren't in their inner circle. If you do happen to get in the circle of management, they will treat you like crap if you are younger or newer than them. It is horrible treatment, people cry because of treatment and want to quit because of how these people treat us. Half of the employees are leaving for amazon (if that doesn't say something I don't know what will). Hours vary because the store is cheap and in debt and they are so vocal about it to the employees (which you shouldn't do). Some weeks you have 30 hours and the next you have like 10. Expected to be called on your days off and made out to be a piece of crap if you say no to working. Being sued right now for being racist, which doesn't surprise me because of management. Corporate has no idea what the hell is going on in the actual stores, they make up stupid rules and change things that ruin the store and make things so much harder for jobs to be completed.
