Pros
Some coworkers are fun to work with. They will allow requested days off if the request is filed at least a month ahead of time.
Cons
Everything else. The slackers are rewarded and the people that make the store run are the ones to get yelled at. They refuse to promote from within, instead hiring people off the street that don't know or even want to learn the job that other c urrent employees already know.
