Pros
I enjoy the atmosphere and playing with the children. The associates are friendly and always willing to help. The culture at this store is very vibrant and goes and the idea is to search high and low for products that the customer needs.
Cons
Parents a mostly rude and believe that their child is so special that they deserve all of the toys, even when a toy is out of stock. Parents shop at the last minute for items and become very disgruntled when that item is no longer in stock. The raises are menial, an additional job is needed. Corporate seems to get greedier every year staying open later hours, and being open on all holidays. Stealing...it is a free for all at this location and the thieves know it.
