Pros
It is a fun place to work. I get to meet so many people and get to put smiles on their faces every day! Training associates to do their jobs well is very rewarding.
Cons
It is retail. As much as I love helping customers, they can be very rude and demand more than they deserve. It comes with the territory. Also, long hours during Christmas.
