Pros

Best of Breed product in IM arena; one of the originators of the whole concept of IM. Customers love product. Highly competent team. Although a small company it already has a strong international presence. Relatively low turnover. Good place to build good products or sell products that deliver value or support products that customers find very useful

Cons

As a boot strapped company there aren't any perks/extras. It all goes into the company. Salaries aren't the highest, but everyone has equity. Not a place for people who aren't good or focused on what they do!
