Pros

Top notch team, amazing and diverse individuals, 'no-asshole' policy, honest and transparent, everyone rolls up their sleeves every day to get the job done, product kicks butt. Best work-life balance I've ever experienced: I was able to do the startup thing AND start a family while being here – the company may not have extravagant perks but this perk eclipses them all. It's possible to get your job done, look after your team AND take the time you need to take care of yourself and your family.

Cons

No 401k (yet!), need to spend some money on monitors, no extravagant perks (but if you are into that kind of thing, Traackr isn't for you anyway)
