      Lots of good things happening in the company right now. Huge potential for future growth and success.

      Each level store dependent entirely on good to great management practices for success. Hard to come by and oversights stretched thin.

      Pros

      Great benefits, pay is manageable. The store bonuses are incredible. If you are a store manager anything lower it’s not any significance to a paycheck.

      Cons

      Long hours there is no work life balance. Depending on who your district manager is a lot of them are very unethical. When you do not follow what they say they will find a reason to fire you. The company itself was great, but it’s the people they hire.
