Pros
The schedule is flexible to a point. You don't need skill to work here and the work is easy. You can make bonuses if you push credit card applications.
Cons
There is no promotion unless a manager or assistant leaves. They do not reward your agriculture experience, and in fact will give incentives to associates who have sales backgrounds over those in the field. They're constantly turning over employees because of the poor culture and over-ambitious sales goals, which leads to a lot of animosity within the teams. HR bottlenecks at managers and if they decide not to file workers comp claims because its left to their discretion--they won't. They don't really have a vigilant theft protection process, and will ask you to not get involved but also to follow people around the store. There's no accountability for managers. They DO NOT COUNT THEIR DRAWERS AT SHIFT CHANGE.
