Pros
Good benefit program Profit sharing is good if the store is meeting sales goals
Cons
Due to the small # of coworkers per store, experiences vary wildly. The profit sharing program is based on who makes the most money for that pay period and is set by the regional manager. So if the store makes its sales goal, the bonus will be split up by the employees in the order of who makes the most money, so the store manager will always get the biggest bonus. Even though, the store manager is the only team member who receives a yearly bonus of roughly 10-30% of their salary. Furthermore, if the stores regional manager or data analysis software is flawed, you can go for over a year without seeing a bonus because the sales goal is set too high.
